Bjorem & Bolles Return and Refund Policy

Course Enrollment

Bjorem & Bolles provides professional education through live, in-person learning events. Because each event requires advance planning, materials, and venue commitments, all course enrollments are non-refundable.

Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend a course for any reason, your registration may be transferred to another attendee for the same course date.

• It is the responsibility of the original registrant to find and coordinate with a replacement attendee.

• All transfer requests must be submitted to info@bjoremandbolles.com at least 7 days prior to the event.

• Replacement attendees will be required to complete their own registration form to ensure accurate attendance records and CE verification.

No-Show Policy

Registrants who do not attend the event and do not arrange a transfer prior to the start date will forfeit their full registration fee.

Course Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Bjorem & Bolles must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, illness, venue closure), all registered participants will receive:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer enrollment to a future Bjorem & Bolles event of equal value.

Bjorem & Bolles is not responsible for any personal travel or accommodation costs incurred in connection with a canceled or rescheduled event.
