Bjorem & Bolles Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a Bjorem & Bolles course or event, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all related policies. Bjorem & Bolles reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or participation in our courses constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Course Enrollment

Bjorem & Bolles provides professional education opportunities for speech-language pathologists and related professionals. Enrollment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is complete only after payment has been received in full and confirmation has been issued by Bjorem & Bolles.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for course registration are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a course for any reason, your enrollment may be transferred to another attendee for the same event, provided:

  • The replacement is arranged by the original registrant.

  • Bjorem & Bolles is notified at least 7 days before the event via email at info@bjoremandbolles.com.

  • The replacement attendee completes a registration form to ensure accurate records and CEU compliance.

No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance or failure to transfer before the deadline.

4. Course Changes or Cancellations

Bjorem & Bolles reserves the right to modify course content, location, or instructors as necessary.

In the unlikely event that Bjorem & Bolles cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, natural disaster, or venue closure), registered participants will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer enrollment to a future event of equal value.

Bjorem & Bolles is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses.

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the duration of any Bjorem & Bolles course or event. Disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to slides, videos, handouts, and digital downloads, are the intellectual property of Bjorem & Bolles and are provided for the personal use of registered attendees only.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or resold in any form without written permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Bjorem & Bolles and its presenters make every effort to provide accurate, evidence-based information. However, the content of each course is intended for educational purposes only and should not be considered individualized clinical or legal advice. Participants are responsible for applying the information within the scope of their own professional judgment and credentials.

Bjorem & Bolles is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in its courses or use of its materials.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Douglas County, Colorado.
